Aki Kushiyaki is a modern Japanese restaurant serving an ingredient-driven cuisine focused on kushiyaki with binchotan charcoal. Our chef was trained at a kushiyaki specialty restaurant, in Ginza, Tokyo. Aki’s mission is to offer an authentic Japanese kushiyaki experience to Seattle using natural ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.
At Aki, we want to bring the true flavors of the food to the table. We use only fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients. With minimal seasoning and no added MSG and oil, our kushiyaki focuses on bringing out the delicate flavors of the ingredients.
